- A) Each zag is married to an enók and vice versa.
- B) Zags are supposed to be half as many as enóks.
This is incompatible, unless each zag is a bigamist.

- I was assuming that a third of the tribe was celibate. A sort of extra supply for when an énok dies.

- Any children forthcoming will be illegitimate and possibly regarded as almost the product of incest. Current western society has little esteem for celibacy, but past and more conservative cultures have held celibacy in high regard.
